| A University of Miami graduate in computer sciences from the
Department of Mathematics and Sciences, Mr. Teller has directed product development
since the early 80's for a wide variety of industries ranging from
aero-technology to financial institutions, such as Barnett Bank, C&S Bank,
SunTrust Bank, and others, including the point-of-sales industry. In the communications arena, Mr. Teller has authored and collaborated with Prodigy, Barnes
& Noble, Amazon, Blockbuster and Best Buy. Mr. Teller's exposure, experience, and ability to
ensure proper system design and implementation throughout the various phases of product
development, from inception to completion, is a key factor and an important component of the
management team. |

Alfredo Faubel, Vice President & Chief Financial Officer & Partner |
| Mr. Faubel is a Harvard MBA, with an additional master's degree in
Chemical Engineering from the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology in
Zurich. From 1987 to 1996 he successfully developed worldwide sales and distribution of cocoa and
coffee derivatives for the food, cosmetic, pharmaceutical, and tobacco industries as CEO of Natra
US, Inc. Prior to that, Mr. Faubel worked for Air Products & Chemicals, Inc., first in Allentown, PA
and then out of London as European Sales & Marketing Manager. In addition, for five years Mr.
Faubel worked as a management consultant for Inter-American Management Consultants,
specializing in marketing strategies, branding, and business model development. His international
exposure to the Latin American and European business communities and his multi-lingual abilities
are a critical component of the management team. The management team's language skills are noteworthy. English, Spanish, German, and Russian are spoken fluently enabling this team to do business directly with others from such countries and continents. The management team is uniquely qualified and has all the necessary skills and proven experience to ensure the success of the technology that embodies AdVenta and the already proven Aprego product which is utilized, and is dependant upon, right this second, by thousands of entrepreneurs, managers and staff, in very harsh and transaction-intensive operating environments.
